Principal Software Engineer delivering software solutions in mission critical environments. I lead structured option evaluations (i.e., SCA/SAST tool selections) and Proof of Concepts (i.e., Structured Actions in DSM), drive secure by design practices including SAST and SCA, and guide DevSecOps automation across CI, logging, observability and operations. My designs align to standards and governance including DevOps Review Board, DevOps CoP, ARB processes. I work closely with stakeholders across NGOC, Security, Environments and Datacom AWS support teams to ensure solution decisions are practical, secure and operationally grounded.
Delivered DSM Phases 2, 3 and 4 over approximately 2.5 years, providing technical and development leadership across a major transformation of outage management processes.
Prepared the Solution Options Governance Pack for DSM Refresh and supported ARB endorsement.
Contributed to the Secure Software Engineering uplift including SAST and SCA evaluations, RFIs, demos and SODA documentation, working alongside Chris Schultz, then recently took over SSE responsibilities.
Provided high level estimations, Proof of Concept support and contributed to solution options for DSM Field Mobility, supporting Sethu with technical input.
Designed and delivered an OPC to Kafka bridge in C sharp that removed XML DA dependencies and reduced related errors from 8,677 to zero.
Built strong working relationships with NGOC, Security, Environments and Datacom to align architecture with operational needs.
